They also need to look for their food, so you can always look for spots where there are smaller fishes. Look for the smaller fishes where there are hanging branches, and you will surely see bass there, too.
It pays to know that bass do react to weather changes, so if the weather happens to turn bad when but you want to continue fishing, go deeper. You can find bass deeper underwater as they tend to react more slowly to weather changes.
